We're expanding for 2017 - signing off for now

Marijuana education Seniors MMJ Network

In less than a few weeks, the fight to Federally legalize Marijuana may be coming to a head. It looks likely that nine states will pass Cannabis reform, some Adult-use, others medical programs. California will be the one to keep your eye on. Many within the legalization / decriminalization movement have long held that when California goes, the country will follow.

That is great news for many sick patients around the country. Federal red tape blocks 99% of meaningful research into Cannabis as medicine. Pharmaceutical companies spend millions of dollars to find new medical applications but Universities, which receive Federal funding are barred.

This all leads to our exciting news, we're expanding! You may have noticed, our weekly blog posts have….. not been weekly for the last couple of months. We've been spreading our wings, working with new groups in different states and the year 2017 will see us visit them all. Our educational program for Seniors is being replicated in areas where the information is needed most.

We've cherished our time in Washington, helping Seniors make sense of all the falsehoods, for and against Marijuana as a medicine. Working with the WSLCB to tailor their Medical Marijuana Certificate program was an experience we won't soon forget. The most rewarding moments (and we had many) was always hearing feedback from Seniors we had help educate. In the future, don't think that we won't be reachable.

Seniors MMJ Network will ALWAYS be here for you, to answer questions, offer advice and be a sounding board for your concerns. You will always be able to reach us directly at seniorsmmjnetwork@gmail.com

We unfortunately won't be able to continue our weekly blogging for the immediate future, but you will continue to have access to the over 100 articles in the archives. Thank you for your support, feedback and keeping up the good fight.

THANK YOU ;)
